Moose and Blondie go to Disney World

So we just got back from Disney. I have not been to Disney since High School. Some things were under construction, some rides have received make overs and some were just gone - sigh... How can you get rid of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride?!? That's a classic! Space Mountain is really dark now - before you cold see the scaffolding. It is still jerky but very dark. Thunder Mountain was better than I remembered it and thankfully the Haunted Mansion is still there! Did you know that The Magic Kingdom is open until 2:00 am? I didn't either! It is a good thing because the ride lines were sooooo long you need all that extra time just to go on all the rides. We waited in line for 2 hours to go on Space Mountain... on a Monday! But, we had a great time! : ) I cannot wait to go back the other parks!

Florida Strawberry Festival

We visited the Strawberry Festival in Plant City last week. It was a lot of fun but I suggest you all stay away from The Magnum ride! It was awesome however, while the carnies take height into account for rider's safety, they do not consider one's skinniness! I had to do everything I could to keep myself from not falling out of the darn ride. Although it was a lot of fun - I woke up the next day feeling like I had been in a car accident. : / The fair food was yummy (especially when you eat french fries out of cargo pants!) and the strawberries were delish! I tried so hard to win a giant Domo playing Skee Ball but no matter what I was always 30 points short. I can't wait for the fair season next year!

Moose & Blondie Christmas

We loaded up the jeep and drove out to the beach for a Christmas Card photo shoot. It was so windy out I had to tape everything down! Then the lamp fell over and now it is a little crooked. We had so much fun!

The Jeeep

Things did not go so smoothly for Moose lifting his Jeep. Eventually he got all the needed parts and tools to even things out. I must say the Jeep is looking pretty good these days!
